I just drove across town to get some after checking google and there website to see if they are open and it said that they where in fact open and closed at 8 pm, it was only 6:30 pm when I got there and they where closed, this has happened many times and they rarely answer the phone. It’s just really annoying not being able to trust there website and I would wish for them to Atleast regularly update it so it’s accurate.

Placed order through their kiosk. Said 20 minutes for order. 50 minutes later we got our order. While waiting on an item to cook to complete our order they packaged everything but that item and let it sit on the assembly line for over 15 minutes until the missing item was ready. Needless to say everything but the freshly cooked item was Luke warm at best. We get that they had to wait for something to cook but 30 extra minutes to wait and Luke warm food is just bad business. Extremely disappointed with the Ellensburg Panda Express. Won't be going back anytime soon if ever.
