"Eating Brown Rice, drinking plain water,... pleasure enough can be found in these" -Analects
Panda Express' simpler foods still provide myself the pleasures of a fancier restaurant. One does not need to eat at the fanciest restaurant to be content with themselves. I enjoyed myself with the company of others as we enjoyed the "simple" meals.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the ease of purchasing copious amounts of food. This made it difficult to not overeat. "In eating, it's best not to fill up" and "too much food and a tiring pace, some things are simply bad" both speak poorly of such a practice and thus Panda Express as an institution cannot fully align with The Way. However, this may also be a test, as each person is given the choice to eat too much or not. Thus, I warn you before ordering to listen to The Way.
Unfortunately, I left the restaurant full and once I returned to my residence, entered a food coma, cutting my effective productivity for assignment tomorrow to zero. I can now see why overeating cannot benefit me.
