The store inside knotts is well staff, but a bit messy food on the floor. Need to proper have someone on dining, needs from proper food safety.

I gave Panda Express a second chance today with my dining plan and the portions are much than the last time I was there in April when I first started using the dining plan and used it towards Panda Express in this location the first time was disappointing and the second chance was a much better experience
