Ordered online for pickup, and the food was fresh and so good, many times we order from Watsonville location but lately there food has not been so good if it's not over cooked the orange chicken is seems to be old it's hard and dry, but this location was the best, from the walnut shrimp to the orange chicken was amazing, such good employees very nice, Thank you guys for the excellent service I got.

Definitely one of the better Panda Expresses I've ever been too! Service was great and they were even willing to let us wait for more fresh chow mein to come out of the kitchen.
The amount of options available here also exceed those of other panda express locations, further impressing me.
If you ever are in desparate need of great late night food and are in the area, do make a stop at this Panda Express! You definitely won't regret it!

Went to Capitol Panda Express today at a bout 2:40 had the misfortune of being served one of the rudest workers ever tallish femalemade a mistake asking for 2 rangoons not knowing they came in 3s and she gave me the ugliest additude when I told her 1 was fine, they didn't even have enough(another 3) for the second order so not sure why me changing my mind was such a big deal, then laughed with her friend when I called her out for being rude also there's a review 2 scrolls below me from 2 months saying they have homophobic male employees that were harrassing a trans employee and didn't get fired please don't eat at this location but Santa Cruz one instead
