I came in to place a large group order and had never used the new computer method. The lady who was there to take my order was extremely rude. (Brown Hair) I decided to walk out and not order. This is the first time I was treated horrible as a long time paying customer of Penera. Note: hire nice people that don't run off your biz.

Been on the decline for some time but now it's just sad. Place an order ahead of time and it sits on the shelf behind the counter despite the order ready email and the people chit chat and tend to other stuff.

I'm not sure what has happened to Panera, but the bread is different (not good). The staff at the counter are not helpful, friendly, or accurate. I used to come here 3 to 5 mornings a week, I work not far and the food and service were both great. In the last month or so, service, food, and atmosphere have all taken a decline. I thought I would try breakfast today. I ordered, and there was 1 order ahead of mine. Almost 30 minutes later, I asked at the counter if it would be much longer? The lady accidentally put mine as a dine in, and that was the hold up. I had to get to work, so I asked if we could just cancel my order, then like magic, my order was in my hand. Cold, falling apart. I did not end up eating the food and I will not be returning.
