Friendly staff but food is below average. Sad salad and regular tuna sandwich. No wonder people eat at home more often than outside. Price is fair tho. There are a lot more better choices around so won’t be coming back here for sure.

Everything was fine. Way too expensive for lunch. The drinks and cookies are ridiculously priced. I sat there and looked at the manager trying to order cookies and she turned around and walked away and nobody came to help. I had to order them at the kiosk. They're relying way too much on that kiosk and not enough on customer service. The seasonal fruit salad was good.

It had been a while since I went to Panera and I was disappointed with my experience this time. The Caesar salad was incredibly minimal with tasteless lettuce, no croutons or Parmesan, and a dollop of dressing not mixed in. The 1/2 grilled cheese was a piece of ordinary white bread and what looked/tasted like melted cheese squares. In the past I remember being given a gala apple on the side, but this time it was a grainy red apple. Over $10 not well spent. Staff was friendly and service was prompt.
