Ordered Tuna Salad Sandwiches. Unfortunately, hardly any tuna salad in there. These sandwiches used to be really good with lots of tuna. Now bread is stuffed with lots of lettuce and tomato and the tuna is mostly absent. For 2 sandwiches we paid almost $25. Definitely not worth it.

My mother gets back pain from standing in line for long periods of time. Today, when she was ordering food at this Panera, she mentioned that the wait took a while. Instead of being courteous, Panera employee “Launa” called my mom rude. Is this the type of customer service that Panera considers to be acceptable? Is this a restaurant that’s friendly towards the elderly? Genuinely curious.

Bought 3 loaves of bread and had it sliced thin. If you like the ends make sure to tell them not to discard them before the slicing begins. Terrific fresh bread and friendly staff.
