Some of the worst service I've ever seen in any business. There was no one at the registers when I entered, and despite knowing I was there and waiting for service the staff in the back continued to stand around and chat loudly with each other about their relationships. I eventually gave up and used the self-service tablet (which I'm guessing was their aim).
The food quality here is slightly below average for Panera, which is unsurprising considering most items appear to be just pulled pre-prepared from a cooler and set on a plate. The "seasonal fruit" I upgraded my side to, however, was especially disappointing; for an additional $3 I got two (2) grapes, a few old melon chunks and a single small piece of pineapple. The feeling I had of being so scammed was more palpable than the fruit itself.
My assumption is that the franchisees here know that they have a somewhat captive audience among the nearby airport hotels and thus have no desire to provide more than the bare minimum. Not a good look for Panera.
