Update: Panhandle puts their customers first! They stepped up and replaced all of our floors. They had a wonderful crew who did an absolutely amazing job working around all of our needs. The floors are no longer cracking and our new choice looks amazing. Thank you! Old Post: Rating- 1 star. We have been dealing with issues with our laminate floors that were installed almost 2 years ago with our new build. Panhandle Carpet One started off helpful and tried to problem-solve and find a solution. Long story short, after their "fix", we are still having major "cracking" issues and they are not standing by their word of replacing our floors and making it right. This is not good customer service and they do not stand behind their products or installation. I really hope we can get this resolved and that I can update my review.
