This company is run by a scam artist (Ken Wilson) will accept your tow for a set rate, then when he has control of your car or truck or commercial vehicle he will seriously increase the rate and if you don't pay he will take your car from you. Please be very cautious when you look for a tow company, there are more scammers than anyone realizes, and AAA doesn't keep tabs on the wrongdoings so you have to be diligent for yourselves.
Tried to charge us double the cost of the part, would not give part number, and on top of that took our whole $750 deposit for just figuring out what part was broken and standing around. Then wanted to charge $300hr for another truck to come and lift our truck up even though my guy came there and did the job without having to lift anything. Pricing is ridiculous and upcharge everything like crazy. $4 a mile for the drive $200 an hour with a 2 hour min $300hr for another truck to come out Original Part Cost : $675 Their Price from same dealer : $1275 And tried to charge us an extra $322 after already taking $750 for not doing anything and being told their services are not needed anymore.
