I have been going here for years, recently I had an “ oil leak”, after going to my mechanic, it turns out the oil filter was not tightened during my last oil change Which was Papa Bears! This caused me, time, money, grief and a permanently stained driveway from oil leakage. This is the 2nd time a problem has occurred, the first time was a stripped out oil pan bolt, caused by using compression to tighten. Bottom Line is I will never go back to this place for an oil change, or any service and I recommend that you don’t either, there are 2 other “ reputable” places within a few miles, one of which is my new location for oil changes and service. It is very sad that the employees do not do their job correctly and cause a major issue.
