I called in an order for delivery and the call was picked up by an external service. After the order was placed I received a call from the store saying she needed to go on break because she was alone there. No problem! She added a cookie at no cost for the trouble. Very sweet! I asked the order taker to make a note that I wanted the crust well done - I don’t care for floppy slices or doughy crust. The pizza came at the time she promised. I was really disappointed in the quality and the portions on the toppings. I haven’t eaten their pizza for a number of years, and remembered it being pretty good! I was really disappointed. The crust was floppy as well- not well done. For the coat of that combination pizza I could have had 3 Dominos pizzas and the topping portions would have been better. I would rather get the Pre-COVID pizzas at a little bit higher cost than what we are getting today.
I was treated very well by the gal working at the place and felt bad that anyone is left alone in a business to hold down the fort - it just isn’t safe or fair. I didn’t like the calls being farmed out to some place that is NOT local. Delivery was good! Toppings was my biggest issue.
