I’ve ordered takeout from here three times now, they’ve never had my order by the promised pickup time. Either they need to fix the website that tells how long it will take, or hire more people. I’m currently standing in the restaurant waiting on my order with 5 other customers watching two people make all the orders. They can’t keep up. Food has been great every time.

Super friendly and very helpful cashier! Food was fresh! I wish the lobby was bigger. It's very small and a bit awkward when there are only 4 other customers in there besides my husband and I. Other than that, great experience!

Am so glad Papa Murphy’s came to West Richland! We have ordered 3 times online and our orders were always ready on time. Store is clean, worker bees are friendly, food is just as good as the other Papa Murphys. Let’s honor our own city’s businesses!
