Ordered my a basic large pizza at 12:04. I was told it would be a 50 minute wait. 1:08 rolls around and still no pizza. The manager told me it would be another 45 minutes because they forgot to put my order in. Rather than making the pizza and moving it to the front of the line, they wanted me to wait 45 more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. What a huge waste of my time.

I ordered a take-out pizza. It was ready on time, hot, and check-out was fast. The pizza was great! The crust was perfect and crispy, sauce was great, and toppings were generous! This will be my only pizza place from now on!

The pizza was good, though I noticed this is the second pizza place in the region that does not put cheese over the toppings.
We arrived at 12:30pm, lots of open tables but many of them had dirty dishes & napkins on them. 40 minutes to receive pizza. Nice to have arcade in house to occupy the kids while we wait.
