This is a very cozy and creative bar inside Biang Biang Noodles.The menu has variety of fancy tea based cocktails and top shelf liquors. The quality of cocktails make this bar a premier destination for you to have a memorable night out . The service was above and beyond. I highly recommend to try .

I adore Paper Fan - The cocktails are consistently wonderful and unique. We’ve also always had great, attentive service. The atmosphere is also killer.
Make sure to snag a reservation (usually a couple days in advance should be fine).
Game of Ming is my go-to drink!
