I took my family here recently when it was pretty cold out as we needed to get out of the house. We had a terrific experience enjoying the warm shop inside, where we were able to pick up some things we needed for around the house and enjoy a coffee on a cold rainy day! We hadn't realized that the nursery selection has grown tremendously so we ended up picking up some outdoor plants as well. They have probably the best selection of specialty evergreens I've seen in the Portland area, as well as deciduous shade and ornamental flowering trees and shrubs (and perennials and berries). The employees are super helpful when you need them and offer great design and planting info.
It's not often that you find a full service garden center that does bulk rock and mulch, has all the plants you could use AND has a nice indoor coffee shop + greenhouses to explore.
