We had the best nights sleep on these pillows at a hotel in Baltimore. When we got home I contacted the company and got help from a friendly customer service rep. She emailed the form to me and within three days after I returned it I had my pillows! I am now ordering four more. My husband & I are pretty fussy about our pillows but we are both thrilled with these. It was nice to be able to speak to someone directly who was friendly, courteous and helpful.
