I had the pleasure of working with Allan today. He came highly recommended and on literally the shortest notice. He was able to work within my schedule and meet me at my future home. Allan was incredibly thorough, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. He's had experience as a contractor for 25+ years previously and it SHOWS. He left no stones un-turned, gave me excellent advice and really just spent the time I needed to feel comfortable and have the confidence to move forward. I've bought and sold before here in the Seattle area, but I've never felt more confident in a purchase because Allan is on my side.
