First impressions truly are the most important, in this case it was over the phone. Since there wasn’t any information online I was forced to call in to inquire about something pretty small, pretty minuscule and quite honestly unimportant.
I say that because the answer to my question wasn’t what I was seeking. I called as a test to their customer service. A test that would determine if I would even waste my time physically visiting the place of business or if I would take all of my donation laptops, computers, towers, flat screen hdtvs, iPhones and android to them or someone else.
By now I’m sure you’ve figured out what kind of first impression I received from this place.
