We love Parker furniture and the customer service they provide. We've had a few issues with our sofa (past warranty) and they come out to service quickly at no or minimal cost! David always returns calls quickly and is at the house on his planned repair visits, on time. I forgot to meet him one day and he was friendly and very polite about rescheduling for another time. I'd definitely shop again at Parker furniture just because of the customer service and the fact they stand behind their sales.

Great service. I have returned more than once to this store for furniture needs. Recently our 8 year old leather sectional had a problem. We panicked worried it would not be fixable. Contacted Maria at Parker who has worked with me for a few years and she reached out to David. David came to the house and indicated it was a big fix and the piece needed to be taken to the store. He arranged for the pick up and return of the item. No fee. I was astonished. We were so happy to get the piece repaired. This is another reason why we continue to return to Parker furniture for our needs. Yes, it is a bit more expensive but it is sooo worth it. I recall when I first purchased the piece "We will take care of you, years later. we will be here." They have. I have returned more than once for additional pieces. We will be back again soon! Thank you Maria and David and all of you at Parker Furniture for keeping your word and taking care of your clients.

We went to look at outdoor furniture not really knowing what we wanted but Parker's has a large selection and we quickly homed in on what we liked. In the end we bought the floor model teak patio table and chairs and amazingly had it delivered within an hour of leaving the store. This was great because we were having our first socially distanced get together with friends. We went back a few weeks later to look at home theater furniture and ordered reclining sofa and chairs. It was complicated because of the room dimensions and they really helped us figure out what would work. They are a high end furniture store along with a high end price but if that's what you are in the market for the personalized service is hard to beat.
