My worst experience ever dealing with a rental agency. Not professional at all. They assigned Me one unit but put in a different one. The stove & dishwasher was broke. The tile in the kitchen look as if someone had torched it with a blow torch & the masterbath tile was missing. I paid 1st months rent, security deposit plus a $200 pet fee and on top of that... They charged Me $40 for a mailbox key. The Scammers ended up losing Their contract I suppose because I now pay another agency 😊

One of the best places to buy/rent up here in the high desert. When I moved up to the high desert from LA I made the mistake of not going with these guys at first. The difference is astounding... Eric personally showed us the place we wanted to rent - not pushing us to go faster, answering all of our questions (opposite of the last company we were with), and went overboard helping us with the paperwork after we said we wanted the place. The two years I rented from Parker Properties were the best ever - paid rent online, when something broke it was fixed INSTANTLY. We had a plumbing issue on a weekend and they called a plumber out within 20 minutes of me reporting the problem (wow). They have a very detailed walk through before and after you move in/out - I got my deposit back that same week. Really nice people working here. Definitely recommend checking Parker Properties out if you're moving up here.

Best property management company in the High Desert. Been doing business with them since 2012 n as a renter I couldnt be more pleased with Parker Integrity Property Management. They were the only company to help me get in my new house n I trust them 200%. I highly recommend them
