We were very pleased with the service provided. Service person did not put the panels back properly on the furnace. Our furnace is poorly designed and this is a problem we have had in the past. When we call Parker to advise them the problem with the panels they promptly sent The serviceman back, and he not only put the panels back on, but actually made them more secure.

Exceptional 5-star service! Parker's Heating and Air Conditioning delivered outstanding customer service. They were prompt, arriving exactly as promised, answered our questions and efficiently resolved our issue. I highly recommend their team.
