My family has been going to Parkland Family Dentistry for many years. They take such good care of us, including our autistic son. Everyone is friendly and kind. The cost is so much more reasonable than our last dentist. And they have Saturday appointment!

As someone who was disrespected and shamed the last time she went to the dentist 23 years ago, to say I was nervous and completely disconnected at my new patient visit at Parkland Family Dentistry, is an understatement. Phong, the dental assistant listened to me, assured me, and checked on me regularly through the x ray process. Kathryn, my Dental Hygienist, answered all my questions and explained everything step by step. She even worked past her time to get as much done before her next patient. And the dentist, Dr Bahia, was patient and understanding. I felt 100% comfortable in a way I never thought I'd feel. Down to the wonderful ladies at the front desk who walked me through the paperwork and insurance. Thank you all so much!! I'm so happy to have found such an amazing team.

Let me start off by saying that Savanna went above and beyond the call of duty during my visit today. She advocated for me in a way that made me feel seen and heard. Her kind gesture heavily impacted my quality of life and I am forever grateful to both her and Dr. Norman. I thought about gatekeeping because I don't want you guys snatching up all the appointments, but sharing is caring. ☺️ Finding a good dentist has not come easy for me so I'm ecstatic to finally find Dr. Norman who exhibits care, compassion, and a great bedside manner. Thanks again to Savanna! Your patients are so lucky to have you.
