Rip off and con artists. White one price and then without as so much as a phone call to say it's gonna cost more they do some of the work then double the price.Then when you try to get your vehicle back to take it somewhere else they hold it and the parts hostage. No work should have been performed once they decided to up the price without permission from the owner.

Excellent and professional service. The transmission in my work truck suddenly broke and I needed it repaired quickly. I had it towed to Parkland Transmission where Jim was able to quickly assess the damage and provide a quoted right away. They were able to fully rebuild the transmission in just a few days. Now the truck is 100%. Customer service, professionalism and high quality work is very important to me as both a business owner and consumer. These people are crooks. They charged me $160 for a diagnostic test which was wrong. It also took them 6 days to tell me something that was an absolute lie. Then they tried to charge me $875 before tax for and alternator and a serpentine belt. They wouldn't give me my car back until I paid for the diagnostic test which was wrong. I took the car home took the alternator off myself took it to have it tested at 3 different places to be told there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. They also added extra work to my receipt that belonged to another customer that had nothing to do with my vehicle. And charged me for "waste materials" what waste was there you hooked a computer to my cars chip? They are price gouging CROOKS DO NOT GO THERE!
