My sister and I have always gone to Parks Plaza Movie Theater since we were little girls. We’re now married with families and take our kids to this theater. When End Game was showing my sister took my daughter with her family to the movies. Her party consisted of two adults and two children. She was charged for 9 tickets on her credit card. With the rush of people, my sister didn’t look at her receipt. Then the credit card company contacted Parks Plaza to dispute the charge. By this time, she had already thrown out the receipt. She hadn’t even realized she was overcharged until her credit card statement arrived in the mail. Parks Plaza’s response was that my sister was being untruthful and she really had a party of nine people so they would not refund the money. This is so disappointing. After so many years of going to this movie theater and supporting this local business, I have to stop going.

Dated, non-stadium seating. The staff is nice, but the place was kind of weird (it was thursday). They didn't give us tickets after we paid, and it seemed like we could have just walked into the movie without paying. And I think they closed after the 7:00 showing because the entry door was locked on our way out, even though two ladies were there to see the late show.

Comfortable seating, excellent audio, and the best popcorn for miles! I love this theater! The ticket prices are reasonable, but the snack bar is outrageous (just like every other theater!). That's why you will see people at CVS before the movies, and then see the same people sitting next to you at the movies. Heck, while buying candy at CVS, the clerks usually ask you what movie you're going to! 😎
