I am writing this mostly for my significant other. He was in a car accident. He was rear ended with severe back and neck pain and injuries. Not the kind of injuries you can see, the kind you feel and live with every day all day. He is 5’11””. 155. So he had nerve damage. Dr. Campbell who he already had been go to sent him to find a regular Doctor. He went to the hospital. They refused him pain medication because he was driving. And what they gave him he, he had a bad reaction to and they had a bad reaction to him because he responded in anger. They sent him home doing nothing. Dr. Campbell does not give medications he did nothing. Mean while the Receptionist was taking money from him in co-pays. We thought that was funny because no one else wanted money because the other car was at fault and they were picking up the bill. My significant others passenger didn’t have to pay and he was going to dr. Campbell also. Dr.Campbell also wouldn’t let him work, so had to get payday loan. We were hurting so much. He had a month and two weeks off. He couldn’t pay co-pay but they kept scheduling appointments without telling him. When they would call to remind him It would be to late to cancel on their end, and they would charge him. Then he would get bills from a massage therapist in their office that he didn’t get to attend. Then bills from his Insurance company showing where they where charging them on a case that hadn’t even gone to court yet. So double and triple and false charging? So even though Dr. Campbell may be adequate he didn’t really help my man who is still in pain. Never did get any medication from anyone. Go figure that one out. How do you rate something like this?
