Very very rude owner. Kept dogs for 9 hours, and charged us an extra $160!!! for two dogs, with no warning or consent, due to more brushing needed…. Dropped dogs off in the morning, was told a few hours until pickup, had to wait until 6pm. They sat in cages all day long, not being let out.
Was quoted $130, ended up being charged $290 for bad haircuts and for traumatising the pups. Won’t be back
