I was thrilled when I got a phone call from Marco, Jessica and Rafa Martinez. At first, I was nervous. These people are very pleasant; they made me feel at ease during phone conversation, they were patient in explaining about the requirements that I needed. They have the natural ability to make someone feel at ease when talking to them.
