A large store with a large assortment, but sometimes low-quality goods. I bought a balloon for the birth of my child, filled it with helium, and before I even got home, it deflated. I had to go back and buy a new one, they didn’t even offer a replacement. It was unpleasant

The man in the front is so rude. I bought a few bags of candy for our office here and the guy not only saw me waiting to pay but rudely told me to stand behind the line even though no one was paying at the register or being helped. Never coming back here again. Will make the trip to the Beach Blvd location instead. So rude. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I recently went into party city to get some decorations for my uncle's 57th, and I was helped by Diana. She is honestly one of the most amazing and hardworking people I have ever seen, and was actually interested in making sure that I not only had what I needed for his party, but that he would like what we picked out. She put everything together in a spectacular way and it was just shocking to me how big her heart was. Anytime I will go to party city, I will look for Diana and ask for her assistance again, she does a phenomenal job and goes above and beyond!
