They did not submit my mother’s obituary on time (printed on Wednesday instead of the Sunday prior…their excuse being that they were busy). They also used the first version we asked for feedback on and not the final version we submitted to them. Them taking care of this step was apart of the “package” we had purchased. Besides the small, immediate family burial we had, they were not involved in much else. We did not have a wake or anything at their building so I cannot speak to that. Also, as far as the burial goes, the hearse went 75mph through 55mph zones. I get that this is California and everyone here drives nuts but it made following them to the cemetery very difficult.
