Was in Salt Lake, bought top and bottom warm under layers in a rush, did not have time to try them on, wore them but were too big, went to the SM store with my now worn underlayers, explained my situation: They asked me to try different size on, found the right ones, did not charge me a re-stocking fee, cleaning fee... anything I was amazed: great customer service. Next outdoor clothing purchase: U bet I am going back to patagonia
