The entire Patio Covers Unlimited NW team of Ryan, Dustin, Michael and Stacy performed flawlessly. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results, our backyard patio is now a true extension of our living space, a work of art. Very professional, yet personable. A company that delivers; shows up when they said they will, no unexpected adders and cleaned up after themselves. They turned our vision into reality and truly exceeded our expectations. We're just sorry we didn't do it years ago. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!! Five stars is not enough.

We had a patio cover installed 7 years ago by a company that has since gone out of business. During the snowfall last winter, we started having some issues with it bowing and 2 of the skylights broke. We did a web search for patio covers and came across the name of Patio Covers Unlimited. We reached out to them to see if they could take a look and try to help us fix the cover. They came out to take a look and give us suggestions and an estimate. Their suggestions included: 1) taking out the skylights (Which we had already decided to do if at all possible) and 2) to add more support length wise - the total measurement is 40’ long X 20’ wide. We agreed with their assessment and scheduled the work. Due to a very lucky break on our part, they found themselves with a hole in their schedule the week before Christmas (the original start date for the project was sometime in January) and called us up to see if we’d like it done before the holidays. Since we had been crossing our fingers that the weather would stay mild, we quickly agreed to have the work done then. After this past week of snow on top of snow, the cover is standing strong and without their workmanship and customer service, the whole story could have been entirely different! We HIGHLY recommend them for all your patio cover needs!!

We build an outdoor entertaining area two summers ago and desperately needed relief from the scorching tri cities sun! PCUNW came to the rescue! Ryan came over and helped us through the process of selecting material, style and color. So painless! The install only took a day which was amazing. Now when I look out back, the outdoor area looks complete and fabulous. The pergola completed the look! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wish all companies and people were this enjoyable to work with!
