Sadly, the technician put the giant heaters too close to the seated guests and some were burning up. Understandably, one guest turned it off. The technician didn’t monitor the situation and 90 percent of us froze. Communication in advance of event was ZERO ( John too busy) but that would have helped. Temperature control was very important to me but I could never get the attention we deserved to discuss placement of heaters. The pre- wedding planning and post - wedding recap were unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this company.

We just had an amazing event for over 1400 people and Patio Heaters R Us did such an amazing job. We contacted them a bit late and they were more than accommodating. Their staff was stellar with great ideas to make 1400 people comfortable in an outdoor venue at 90 degrees. They installed cooling stations and misters and I loved all the happy smiles when guests arrived as they needed some cooling off on a hot day. John, Susan, Richard and Jeremiah were so helpful and I look forward to working with them much more.
