Horrible customer service and doesn't stand by their product-SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Purchased umbrellas that broke within the first month of use. When I contacted the company about a refund all they offered was a credit towards different umbrellas with a discount on the more expensive product. It took weeks to get through the communication process because they aren't prompt in returning email and although they said they were "sorry I was disappointed" they only offered solutions that put additional money in their pocket.

I bought an umbrella and mis-judged the size I needed. Because I ended up exchanging for a larger, slightly more expensive one, they waived most of the shipping costs on the return of the first one. I now have the correct size for my patio, and an awesome base that rolls. I love the set-up and the color suggested by a customer service, that was based based on my description of my yard and furnishings, looks great. Very happy!

Customer service doesn’t even qualify. This is a chop shop company that funnels internet traffic. I waited 6 months for an infratech controller only to find out that someone thought it necessary to cancel the order after 4 months without telling me because I also bought Bromic heaters- thought being they aren’t compatible. Thing is that I ordered them on purpose because they are compatible (I have 2 patios set that way with many heaters)- the proprietary Bromic heaters cost 3 x per heater and can’t control multiple units. After all the wait and all the delays- in an environment where everything is hard to get- I don’t even get a sympathetic ear- just a transfer back to a sales person to reorder if I want to go through the whole hassle again- after waiting a half hour to talk to someone who couldn’t have cared less if I paid them to. Experiences like this are just discouraging- this company sucks.
