Patrick Fossati from RE/MAX Gold Coast Realtors went well beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I purchase our town home. It has been several years since we had to go through this process and Patrick did a wonderful job of making this a positive experience with minimal stress. We had other family situations that took time away from focusing on our search and Patrick was extremely patient with us while things settled down giving us no pressure but checking in every once in a while just to see how we were doing. He is a very knowledgeable realtor who stays updated regarding changes in the financial and real estate business, which was extremely helpful as we were able to purchase and lock into an interest rate days before the rate increased. An added benefit was that he was also well educated about the community we were interested in moving to and provided us with valuable information as well as resources and referrals that will help make the transition to our new home much easier. Patrick was professional, prompt to all appointments and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had regarding properties, HOA guidelines, inspections, disclosures, paperwork and more. It was a pleasure having him as our realtor and we are thrilled with our new home. My husband and I would highly recommend him to our friends, family and anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home.

Patrick made the whole process a breeze! Not only was he knowledgeable of the market, his strategic prowess was insightful and on point. He kept me well informed every step of the way as well as guiding me when my own intuition may have led me to a misstep. He was very involved from the search, to through the offer stage, and even post-move in. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a strategic partner in the real estate market.

Patrick was extremely communicative, professional and knowledgeable related to three real estate transactions that I had the pleasure of working with Patrick on. Recently, he helped navigate a time-sensitive transition which involved the selling of two properties (mine and my partner's) and procuring a replacement property. Given the stressful and uncertain nature of such a scenario, Patrick eased our anxieties and alleviated our worries.
