Carlos did a great job troubleshooting what was wrong with my system. He is personable and has a great sense of humor. He was able to quickly replace a faulty part and was ready to help again when the system failed to cooperate. Patriot’s turnaround is impressive, even managing to get me in sooner than anticipated.
July 29 update: Carlos came back to replace another part that was causing trouble. He worked efficiently and smartly to ensure my system was good to go. It sounds amazing and I'm not sure it's ever run better. Thank you!
