I really wish I could give this company and 10/5 rating. That’s just how great they are!! Called in for a tow, after speaking to the CSR and explaining our sticky situation between us and another party, he not only led me in the right direction but took his time explaining on why each option is the way it is. Which we really appreciated. The two employees who showed up to take the car, were professional, kind, and efficient. Made our nightmare of a situation, easy breezy. Great customer service! We were stuck on the side of the freeway and not only did they help get our car to safety, they also helped us when they didn't have to. I definitely felt like they put the customer first. I would use them again if I'm ever in that situation.

These people charged a $375 "drop fee" they hadn't even picked up my car and were simply parked in front of my vehicle.
I'll be taking them to small claims court with the 4 witnesses who saw . They are predatory.
