LEAVES EARLY ON SATURDAYS: I like Pat's barber shop. I will probably continue getting my haircut there. I've been going there for well over a year now. I live about 20 miles out of Aberdeen and I'm willing to drive in for Pat to cut my hair. Unfortunately, I work in the other direction so I can't come in near the end of a weekday.
What I do not like is that he is inconsistent with the times he is actually at his shop when it is open on Saturdays. Even when he posts his shop hours on Facebook, it is very possible that the shop will be closed well before the time it's supposed to close. Pat, do your customers a favor and don't leave early unless there's like 30 minutes left until you close.
I do watch your shop times on Facebook and because you leave early I don't think you're advertised times are valid. I have now experienced twice in the last month your shop being closed early. Once it was 1 hour early and another time at 1 hour and 15 minutes early. There were no notices of why the shop was closed early on the door. Everything else seems to be fine. If you didn't leave so early on saturdays, I would gladly have given you five stars. Consistency and dependability are keys to keeping your customers happy and especially with a small business.
