Stay away. We hired Pat's to install a sewer clean out and replace part of the line. (1) Work wasn't to code- they didn't realize they needed to use outdoor rated pipe outdoors.(?!?!) (2) They didn't want their work inspected by the local sewer utility- we took it upon ourselves to coordinate and schedule only to have the work fail inspection. (3) They didn't apply for a permit in advance- again, trying to fly under the radar (4) They don't stand behind their work. We paid in full, only to find the issues after the inspection. When we brought the inspection report, there was no apology, no partial refund as requested. Only by our own initiative were the errors identified. We had to pay and contract with another plumber to resolve the issue. The owner of Pat's now says that "other plumber," was subbing for Pat's only after we escalated to BBB & the credit card company. But, again, we have a paid, executed contract directly with the other plumber explicitly stating that they will replace the work of Pat's plumbing.

If you know plumbing code, permit and inspection requirements yourself, and can watch them like a hawk, by all means- go with Pat's, (or, just do the work yourself). If you're hiring a licensed contractor so you don't have to do all that, Pat's is not your company.
