A water leak occurred on the top of the vehicle. So they checked and said there was a problem with the sunroof. However, when it rained, water leaked out the same way. So, after searching other repair shops and YouTube, I was told that there seemed to be a problem with the Roof Rack and asked me to check. But they just said there was no problem with the sunroof and told me to go to another body shop. There was no real help and I only received money. They say something has been fixed, but the exact cause has not been resolved. So I visited again, but only heard excuses. So I solved the problem alone at home with my friends. I don't think you should be paid if the cause cannot be diagnosed and resolved. It's just a waste of my time and money.
