I’ve been going to Dr. Crismon for over ten years now and have never been disappointed once. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Patricia and Bernice are always a pleasure to work with when handling the task of finding a pair of glasses that fit my face just right. They’re even helpful in explaining the insurance coverages and out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend this office!

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and have been satisfied. This location accommodates my family of 5 all on the same day. This makes things convenient even though our appointments and eyewear selections do last quite a bit. My only gripe is that sometimes the wait is too long when not being the first clients seen in the morning. For a family I would suggest making the earliest appointment as possible. The reception staff are very respectful and patient. The optometrist we saw this year was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to visit this office as long as our family is satisfied.

I have been coming to this office for years and I have to say that every one is very friendly, but Patty is one of my favorite. She is always very helpful and don’t think twice to make her self available to help you with anything you need..
