The clothes are beautiful and well made, but the tailoring on my suit took a couple times to get right, which I don't expect from a place this high-end. Suit looked great in the end though.

Really the best styled american (Made in Canada by Samuelsohn, and their premium line in US by Oxford) suits. Although the suits are not cheap, they are a much better deal than premium European brands of equivalent quality but much higher price. I used to be a fan of European brands such as Canali, Zegna, Brioni, etc., but my go to place is now Paul Stuart. I don't know how to describe it, but it's like an americanized british style and it always looks sharp. Great choice of fabrics and use of colors.

Stick to NYC location. Instead of being customer focused it’s all about doing the least amount of work possible and having attitude about it, such a disappointment given the NY experiences I have had for the last decade.
Had alterations done that were botched and store was uninterested in making it right, didn’t listen to my concerns, and generally avoided anything requiring additional effort from the store.
Clothes quality generally pretty good, significant increase in prices over past few years has decreased relative value of purchases here. Hence the extra star given.
