Paula was a joy to work with at a time when being a home buyer was challenging. She was knowledgeable about the Prescott market and went over and above, once I found a home, to ensure the deal was successfully completed. She has surrounded herself with equally competent people. I found Paula by Googling and she came up. She looked friendly, honest, and capable with her 26 experience as a realtor in Prescott so I chose her. I'm glad I did! She knows her neighborhoods and houses that's for sure! I was from out of town and she offered to spend a day driving me around neighborhoods she'd thought I'd like while gaining feedback from me of what I liked about what we saw, what I didn't, and honing in on what was important to me in a property. She REALLY listens and cares and is extremely engaged and responsive. Her husband and father were both general contractors so she could tell if there were any concerns about a listing. She is extremely honest and helpful. She's not someone who is out to make a sale. She truly wants to see you find the perfect home! I would recommend Paula in a heartbeat to anyone interested in the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey area. I felt like I made a friend. She is not your average realtor. Call her up!

Paula was recommended by our real estate agent when we sold our home in California. From the very beginning we felt a connection with her. She is such a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. Even at a time when the real estate market slowed considerably and the interest rates increased rapidly, she was able to give our home incredible exposure in many venues. She kept our spirits high even while the market was slow. We highly recommend Paula.
