Very satisfied with with the customer service and the work. Called the shop first thing in the morning , they had space and time to take my car in. Were able to diagnose my problem, and solve it. had my car back to normal, and back to me at the end of the same day.

I've been having my motorhome and Honda pilot repaired at Paul's for 4 plus years . Always excellent service and value. They are very adept as finding parts for older motorhomes.

Called for an estimate to do regular maintenance , oil- filer change, plugs and wires, cap and roader and air filter. they told me they could not estimate over the phone and to bring in the vehicle. I dropped it off on a Monday and on Tuesday I called to see if they had and estimate ready , they said no , so I asked when they might be able to give me an idea of a price, they could not even give me and idea of how long until the estimate would be ready I said maybe tomorrow? he said I have no IDEA WHEN IT WILL HAVE A PRICE FOR YOU , SO I said how about it call you back Friday afternoon again they said no idea when they could give me a price it all started to seem a little fishy.. I'm talking about a basic tune up no surprises nothing is wrong with the vehicle.. I came in with a list of things I wanted done... 1 oil change 2 cap and roader 3 plugs and wires... "basic tune up".. so on Wednesday they called to let me know how much.. I was blow away to here they wanted over 900.00 for a tune up.. I told them it was way to much and I would pick up my vehicle that day.. when I went to pick it up they demanded 126.00 for a vehicle inspection??? what did you inspect? all I wanted was a tune up? the man proceeded to tell me he had hours invested in figuring out how much it would cost... bottom line be prepared to pay for nothing.. I drove off with nothing done and paid 126.00...
