I love this place to get bargain movies on DVD and Blu-ray. Returns are for in-store credit. Wide variety of products from jewelry to guitars to bicycles. Very friendly crew.

They use to do "loans" but have gotten quite uppity, only taking the finest gold. They gave me $400 for a 18k natural pink diamond ring that had tags on it still for $8500. They are reselling it now for $5000. I think that's called theft. Only it's perfectly legal theft. I should make a citizens arrest but they'd be bailed out in seconds. False advertisement saying you give cash loans for your stuff. None of its good enough for you guys anymore. What happened???! I use to enjoy coming in to browse, buy and sell. I'm sorry to say this but, the Employees here are not nice. They judge and make you feel bad about having a hard time in life. It needs a revamp of Mangement perhaps You get an offer from one employee who goes by what E-BAY has it priced at( as low as they can) then another employee gives you a different price a little higher. Just to save a little money and a lot of face they go with giving you less.
