Customer service really seems to have taken a really big hit. I pawned a pistol here about two years ago the guy was awesome and fair. This last time was dreadful. Guy gave me $50 for an item that sells $800 retail. His commentary was shrud and degrading as well. Even going as fair as asking if I used the box I had put my stereo in to play it out of. As if I didn't Just play him a video of me using it in MY CAR he must not enjoy working there at all cause it shows. Who trys to make fun of a persons financial situation working at a pawn shop. 😕

I’ve been going to Pawn 1 and dealing with the staff throughout my schooling and work. It’s been almost five years now and they are always nice and super cool to me. When I need help, they always have helped . They also have a good selection or items.
