This family run pawn shop is one of the last of its kind which operates on honesty and integrity. Maureen is a fabulous woman who cares for her customers and their situational circumstances. I’ve had my wedding ring in and out of that shop off and on over the past three years. Even when I’ve forgotten the day I need to make a payment to get the ring back, before they took ownership of it defaulting on making the payment, They always went the extra mile to make sure they contacted me to give me the option to make The final payment to get the ring back. Even when I wasn’t physically able to get into the shop, they were able to send me an invoice through an email and make the payment online. I haven’t used pawnshops very often in my life, but the other handful of times I have they Cared less about contacting me because I forgot about a date to pick up the items I had put on loan, and as a result I lost those items. Everybody working there is incredibly helpful, informative and Most importantly, they operate out of integrity. The world needs more businesses like this one. there selection of things they sell are interesting, unique, and one of a kind. I really appreciate the goodness of the people who work there, but most importantly, caring about the customer. If you get a chance to visit this place, make sure to ask for Maureen, she’s an incredible woman running a wonderful family owned business.

Came in to buy a diamond ring that was listed on Offer Up; wonderfully priced and even more lovely in person! Ended up buying a TON of awesome stuff!! The staff is super helpful and friendly and I can’t wait to come back! Definitely worth the drive from Seattle.

The staff at Pawn Express is amazing! I found a tool on OfferUp they were selling and they were great communicating with me and telling me about the tool. I drove out of my way to purchase from them and I would do it again!
