They are not professional, I took some jewelry in here before and they said it wasn’t gold then I went somewhere else, they were gold after all. Don’t know how they call themselves a pawn shop, they only want buyers.

Would not recommend this place at all. High ffl fees and they don’t seem to care if you’ve been a loyal customer of theirs. Can’t speak for all the sales staff in the building but the guy who processed my ffl transfer today was disrespectful, cut me off while I was speaking, and showed absolutely 0 interest in customer service. Too bad as I have bought firearms through them before and didn’t mind paying a little extra to support local. Just so everyone is aware there are at lease 20 other ffl dealers in the Everett area, I called all of them, this place has the highest fee. I can deal with lackluster sales staff if I’m getting a good deal, however I refuse to pay high prices and receive the quality of service I got today. Call around there are much better options and people who actually sound like they’d appreciate your business.

I was lead to believe when I called them that they took car stereo speakers when I got there the manager or owner not sure who he was said they didn't take them , he said he did not want to insult me by giving me a price that he would pay for the set . Turns out he said he would offer me only a hundred to pawn them. Now the speaker set was $2,300 when I bought them they were still in the box brand new never used. On top of all that I had a Bose headset that they only offered me $40 and a shotz head set they only offered $ 15 for. I did not pawn there I went to another pawn shop which was cash America and though they were upfront and honest about the stero speakers that they would have had to test them in my car first which I could not do at the time , had I been able to and they were able to see that they worked I probably could have pawned for at least $800 . Big difference from this place . But I did pawn my Bose for $100 and my Shotz for $ 40 big difference from this place they offered me more than double than this place like about 60 percent more . This place is a joke .
