I will never shop anyplace else for my pet needs. The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful. They get to know you, your animals, and their needs. They sell to you based off of your needs, not based off what will make them the most money. I have always believed in keeping it local but with Pawpular Companions, you get so much more.

Went in for the first time and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! One of the staff spent a large amount of time explaining all the harness and collar options for our new puppy. He had training tips for us and when we checked out they were appreciative of our business. Customer service has gone down hill and often times I feel like a bother when I go in a store now. It was so refreshing to have "old customer service" back. This is the only place I'm going for my animals from now on! So happy I found them.

My favorite pet store to visit in all of Portland. They genuinely care about our pets and strive to bring us the best for them with friendly service. Highly recommend.
