I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Shin at Paxton Energy, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his level of customer service. Ryan was my point of contact throughout the process of getting solar panels installed on my home, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns, and made sure that I was comfortable with the process every step of the way. Ryan truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with Paxton Energy was a positive one. I would highly recommend Ryan and Paxton Energy to anyone looking to go solar.

In our initial meeting with Daniel Lee, he was extremely engaging and informative about the solar process. My husband and I were able to have all our questions and concerns addressed fully without the feeling we were getting a "sales pitch". Once agreed on the purchase we were impressed with how painless Daniel made going through the paperwork. We were delighted when we were able to start the actual work within the week and Daniel kept us informed on the whole installation process. The contracting crew couldn't have been more courteous and open to any of our "newbie" questions. Plus the actual installment was impeccable! We were up in running within a couple of weeks of signing up. We can't say enough about Paxton Energy! Thanks again Daniel for "holding" our hands!

I never thought I needed solar until a friend of mine recommended this company! Paxton is there from start to finish to ensure you’re happy with a job well done! Unlike most solar company horror stories I’ve heard where they don’t answer calls after the sale. Paxton was there to answer every call, text, and make sure you stay happy by making sure you’re updated with every part of the process. I’ve never been more happy with this company and would definitely recommend it to everyone!
